I do not have enough good things to say about this amazing school. I have three children at this school and the teachers do everything to meet each child where they are at academically, emotionally, ect. My kiddos are excelling in ways I didnt see in public school, which has even lead to positive changes at home. The teachers are open hearted and open minded. They are flexible and patient. The students, their individual families, and the teachers all have a tight knit community feel and we are always in communication with one another, supporting each other and each other’s kiddos. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

My 11 year old son started Bal-A-Vjs-X a year ago because he was struggling reading, couldn't sit still for more than 15 minutes to read and was below his grade level. He had a visual issue with one of his eyes shutting off when his eyes became tired. After 5 months he was able to sit for an hour and was finally up to his grade level. After one year he devoured a 10 book series over the summer along with other books and is above his grade level. Bal-A-Vis-X works on the body and the brain and helps kids gain confidence in everything in their life as they not only learn the exercises, but they then teach others. I love this program and so does my son!!

We have been struggling to find a school that would meet my sons unique needs. He struggles with really bad anxiety and highbridge has accepted him with open arms. He has really flourished and become way more comfortable and confident at the school. I am excited to see him continue to grow. The Highbridge community is like family, we felt connected to everyone immediately. I will continue to say I found a unicorn when we found highbridge!

Highbridge has offered a soft landing for our child after a very difficult first semester at another school. At Highbridge, each child is respected as an individual and cherished as a member of the community. It is considered normal for everyone to have both gifts and challenges. Kids are encouraged to share their feelings and opinions and to support and honor others. Learning is individualized and includes opportunities for play and creativity. The teachers want to know families and work closely with them to help their children learn and grow. We are so thankful to have found this wonderful school!

This school offers personalized learning, low teacher-to-student ratio, and a positive environment where kids are taught to be kind and respectful. My daughter's grades have significantly improved, and the staff is patient and empathetic towards upset or distracted children. Highly recommended.
