  • Cheri Johnson

    MED., OT/L CO-OWNER HIGHBRIDGE SCHOOL
    BAL-A-VIS-X TRAINER. & PRACTITIONER, CO-OWNER NWBAVX GRP

    Cheri is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist with a master’s in early childhood education. She has worked with individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities, learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, and traumatic head injuries. She also has experience in mental health. Cheri has been a school Occupational Therapist for 28 years, using Bal-A-Vis-X since 2010, and providing training to educators, therapists, families, and clients. She is co-owner of NWBAVX Therapy since 2016 and Highbridge School since 2021. Cheri loves spending time with her family, repurposing furniture, playing games, sewing and crafting.

  • Jana Layne Johnson

    MA CO-OWNER HIGHBRIDGE SCHOOL
    BAL-A-VIS-X TRAINER. & PRACTITIONER, TEACHER, CO-OWNER NWBAVX GRP.

    Jana is Co-owner of Highbridge School since 2021 with over 35 years administrative experience including educational compliance and 15 years teaching multiple levels. She is proficient in K-8 Academics, curriculum organization and creation, academic remediation, cultural studies and ESL. She uses Bal-A-Vis-X along with differentiated academics to help students focus and to build confidence and proficiency. Her experiences from traveling throughout the world and living among other cultures has greatly influenced her teaching style and ability to teach students through their individual strengths. Jana loves hiking, crocheting and being with family.

  • Kacee Mack

    Kacee has 5 years of experience working as a teacher with students grades K-6th. She has a Bachelor’s in Education with an endorsement in Middle Level Mathematics; as well as a Master’s of Science in Curriculum and Instruction. She has experience teaching combination classrooms, differentiating instruction, and implementing Project Based Learning. Kacee is a compassionate teacher that is always striving to help students build confidence in themselves and their learning abilities. She believes that all students are capable of success with the right support system and motivation. Kacee loves playing and watching sports, especially soccer! She has played soccer since she was 3 years old and still plays coed soccer on the weekends with friends. She also loves swimming, going on family walks, and gardening.
