Bal- A- Vis-X exercises, Adaptations and Trauma Informed BAVX exercises for teachers, parents,
counselors, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and anyone who works with children.
Bal-A-Vis-X (BAVX) is a series of rhythmical, patterned predictable exercises with multiple
midline crossings. BAVX enhances the whole mind-body system through progressive individual,
partnered or group exercises easily implemented for classroom, clinic or home. BAVX enhances
focus, auditory attention and motor coordination while fostering cooperation, confidence, and
peer teaching.
